Selecting the right tier for your needs
Admins and Creators are paid user types who can create new meeting plans, schedule/start call recordings, and create new plan templates.
Admins also have access to Workspace configuration and settings. Collaborators are users who can read and edit existing meeting plans, and are free for Essentials, Business, and Enterprise licenses.
Creator roles are best for users who regularly host meetings, or are responsible for early stages of planning for meetings.
Collaborator roles are best for users in cross-functional roles that attend meetings, but aren't organizing or leading them, or functions that need to be aware of customer activity, such as product, operations, or engineering.
